As one of the four members of the City Legacy consortium, Cruden Homes were well aware of the fantastic results that we had achieved at the Athletes’ Village. They were so impressed with the approach we had taken that when they started thinking about how to launch their affordable housing development in Glasgow’s southside, they wanted us on board.
The brief was to work with the sales team to promote Cruden’s new housing development to potential new clients and to simultaneously boost the profile of the company amongst industry peers and the media.
The two pronged approach saw us lead a multi-agency team of designers, video production specialists and media buyers. We wrote emailers and news releases, provided copy for the website and organised and managed two high profile media launches.
Homes at the development have been in phenomenal demand, with prospective buyers camping outside from the early hours at the first sales launch, to ensure they could reserve the home of their choice. All 27 homes in the first sales launch are now reserved, and to cope with the huge demand, the second sales launch has been brought forward, months ahead of schedule.
