Growing confidence in the housing market is great news for Perceptive’s clients

This morning’s Halifax House Price Index, pointing to a rise of 2.2% from February to April and 8.5% compared to the same period last year, is great news for our construction clients.

It not only evidences the continuing confidence within the industry, but reaffirms the growing confidence of home buyers.

Working with clients such as City Legacy and Cruden, providers of high quality affordable housing, we have been privileged to lead in the promotion of their affordable developments at the Athletes’ Village in Glasgow’s East End and the King’ View development at Toryglen respectively. Our integrated approach, using a mix of community relations, public affairs, public relations and targeted advertising activity, has led to unprecedented registrations and house sales at The Village and King’s View developments – many by first time buyers.
Both clients are delighted by the results that we have achieved, and our approach has changed the way that they will launch developments in the future.
