Perceptive Communicators has been working in partnership with City Legacy, developers of the Athletes’ Village for the Commonwealth Games for several years and we’re delighted that they have now picked up their 20th award for this unique development!
The new addition to their ever expanding trophy cabinet comes as City Legacy picked up a bronze in the Best House Category at national awards, What House? Awards in London.
Commenting on the award, a spokesman for City Legacy – the consortium of four Glasgow companies Mactaggart & Mickel, CCG, Cruden and WH Malcolm which developed and constructed the unique development – said: “We all knew when we got together five years ago to discuss the concept for The Village that we were onto a winning formula. We set out to create an exceptional development, one which would set the standard for house building or the future. But none of us were quite prepared for the overwhelming success the development has achieved. This latest win is every bit as sweet as the 19 previous awards – and every one of the 20 awards won is not just for the management teams – but for everyone who has been involved in bringing the original concept to life.”
