Leading Consultancy Celebrates Success with Construction Marketing Award Win

Specialist communications consultancy Perceptive Communicators is celebrating its ongoing success today after it won the Best Use of Public Relations award at last night’s Construction Marketing Award ceremony held on London.

The Glasgow based company – which operates across the UK – scooped the award for its ‘City Legacy – The Athletes’ Village’ project which was recognised for its proactive, results focused approach with the agency being lauded as a talented and creative organisation.
The Construction Marketing Awards showcase the construction industry’s creativity, innovation and effectiveness in marketing, with Perceptive Communicators the only Scottish agency in attendance.

Julie McLauchlan, managing director and founder of Perceptive Communicators, said:
“The Athletes’ Village is a truly landmark project which is a huge success on so many levels. Over the last six years we have worked relentlessly together with City Legacy so I’m delighted with this recognition for our work, our clients and our team. We’ve always said the project is a marathon not a sprint!”

Joanne Casey, Sales & Marketing Director for City Legacy commented:
“Perceptive’s unstinting support over the last six years has been exceptional.  This is a high profile development under the spotlight like no other.  Perceptive has done an amazing job in promoting and protecting the reputation of City Legacy Homes and achieving a step change in how the area is perceived. From start to finish Perceptive has maintained a laser focus on help to make The Village a commercial success, helping us to sell the homes two years ahead of schedule.”

Julie McLauchlan continued:
“We have focussed on construction as a key specialism and have unique experience and insight in this sector. We also have had huge success with our other niche sectors in life sciences, technology and professional services and we are well placed for this to continue into 2016 and beyond.

“Our investment in senior staff, flexible and adaptable working practices and commitment to understanding a client’s needs and getting results which impact on their bottom line, have all helped in our company growth over the last few years, and this recognition at last night’s Construction Marketing Awards is the perfect way to end 2015.
